Customer Service Associate (Full & Part Time) – $500 Sign-On Bonus

Pay: $17.81 – $19.00/hour + possible commission.

What You Will Do:

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Memberships.
• Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades.
• Process payments quickly and accurately.
• Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor.
• Prep vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspect & wipe down vehicles to ensure BLISS‑level quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site.
• Support team members to keep operations running smoothly.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).

No experience required – we provide training. Car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Exposure to changing weather conditions.
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
• Fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in varying weather conditions.

Additional Information:

• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Reports to Site Manager.
