Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a good understanding of our financial services to assist clients with accurate information.
• Process account updates and service requests, including contact, banking, and billing changes.
• Prepare and send invoices, payoff quotes, and account statements on request.
• Assist customers with disputes, inquiries, and reconciling payment history.
• Service accounts by investigating problems and determining resolutions or escalation paths.
• Review client accounts with sound judgment to determine appropriate resolution.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and resolve questions efficiently.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop a good understanding of our financial services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
• Process account updates and service requests, including changes to contact, banking, and billing information.
• Prepare and send invoices, payoff quotes, and account statements at customer request.
• Assist customers with disputes and inquiries and reconciling payment history.
• Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions regarding payments and customer service concerns.
• Use sound judgment to review customer accounts and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation path.
• Problem resolution, investigating and resolving client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, and resolve customer questions efficiently.
• Prepare and send invoices, payoff quotes, and account statements at customer request.
