Job summary

Lapels Cleaners is seeking energetic Customer Service Reps / Team members to greet walk-in customers and assist with front counter drop-off and pick-up. No prior industry experience is required, and there are both full-time and part-time positions with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store.
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders.
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions.
• Sort and examine articles of clothing and mark-in incoming orders.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy during transactions.
• Maintain general store housekeeping for a clean, benchmark appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Responsibilities of the Team member:

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned
