Wawa is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with a smile in a convenient store environment. The CSA will handle payments, assist with fuel and gift cards, and verify IDs for age-restricted items.

You will also prepare food items, keep the store stocked and clean, and follow safety policies to ensure a positive shopping experience. Wawa offers comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.

• Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping our coffee station clean and organized.

• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.

• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.

• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
