TheCustomer Service Associateis responsible for supporting the day-to-‑day execution of BPI Medical’s customer operations. This role manages customer communication, order processing, and internal coordination to ensure a seamless experience from quote to completion.
This is a high-visibility, detail-oriented role that serves as a key connection point between customers, operations, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Pay: $25-30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication and Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide timely updates on order status, timelines, and service progress
- Address customer questions related to pricing, repairs, and service offerings
- Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed
Order and Quote Processing
- Create and manage quotes, work orders, and purchase orders
- Enter and update customer orders in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Support pricing, billing, and invoicing processes in coordination with Accounting
- Ensure all documentation is complete and properly maintained
Operational Coordination
- Responsible for Shipping/Receiving, Repair Scheduling, and Production teams
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely movement of equipment through the repair cycle
- Monitor open orders and proactively follow up to keep work moving forward
Quality and Accuracy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
- Review orders and documentation for completeness and correctness
- Identify and flag discrepancies or delays to the appropriate teams
- Provide feedback on recurring issues, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies
- Support process improvements and workflow enhancements led by the Customer Service Manager
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing, repair, or operations-driven environment
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office-based role within a repair and operations facility
- Regular use of computer systems for order entry and communication
- Frequent interaction with internal teams across the facility
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs occasionally
