Job summary

Hertz in Detroit is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering memorable experiences to travelers and helping them get on the road quickly. You will create positive, personalized interactions at every contact and support the location's performance goals.

In this role you will handle customer questions, resolve issues, and collaborate with leadership to maintain hospitality standards. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
