This position requires flexibility and adaptability to changes in the work schedule. Greensboro Transit Agency services operate beyond traditional City office hours, employees may be required to work weekends and/or days when City offices are closed while transit services remain in operation. The Greensboro Transit Agency (GTA) is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to serve as a front-line representative for the agency. Every day, GTA helps residents get to work, school, medical appointments, shopping, community services, and other important destinations. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a direct role in helping people navigate the transit system and access the opportunities Greensboro has to offer.
