Job summary

Duds by Dudes in San Diego, CA is seeking a Customer Service Artist who blends customer service expertise with professional graphic design experience. You will take orders, generate quotes, and ensure accuracy from start to finish. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.

• Excellent communication skills with a self-motivated attitude—ability to work quickly and correctly without sacrificing results

Responsibilities

• Promptly answering all phone calls and emails from customers
• Creating and/or editing designs for printing or embroidery
• Prioritizing orders and ensuring that assigned jobs are on track at all stages to meet deadlines
• Working closely with our decorators to ensure the quality of the final product
• Collaborating with the logistics department to ensure we have what we need to decorate and that we deliver the finished products to our customers on or before their due date

Job description

Bring your customer service expertise, professional graphic design experience, and exceptional attention to detail to a role where no two days are the same. If you’re a highly organized, expert-level multitasker who consistently delivers quality results, we want to meet you!

We are a rapidly growing screen printing and embroidery company and we are looking for our next Customer Service Artist.

Our work is highly precise in nature and requires very strong attention to detail. Although this is a production artist position, the majority of your time will be spent taking orders from customers, making sure orders are done correctly from start to finish, generating quotes, creating separations, and managing many jobs and their associated deadlines.

This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday. Training hours will be 7:30a - 4:00p. Once you are up to speed, your hours will be 8:30a - 5:00p.

The rate of pay is $23 - $26/hour depending on experience.

What you\'ll do (Day-to-day):
