Ottawa Ford Kia, part of the Home Run Auto Group, seeks an Experienced BDC Representative and Customer Service Appointment Setter. Full-time, day and evening shifts, every other Saturday.

As a CSR you’ll be a cornerstone of our dealership group, delivering excellent service in every interaction while upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining a friendly, positive work environment. Ideal candidates are proficient with spreadsheets, have strong communication, integrity and motivation,
