Ottawa Ford Kia in Michigan is seeking an Experienced BDC Representative and Customer Service Appointment Setter. You will be a cornerstone of our dealership group, delivering excellent customer service during every guest interaction and helping schedule and confirm appointments.

This full-time role offers day and evening hours with every other Saturday. Ideal candidates are proficient with spreadsheets, possess strong communication, high integrity, and a self-motivated, organized approach.
