Serve as the operational owner of your market, managing client service, financial performance, and team actions. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Success Coordinators and Recruiters to ensure they are trained, motivated, and equipped for exceptional care. Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive patient and employee experience. Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, recruiting, customer satisfaction, quality standards, performance improvement, personnel productivity, and financial management. Establish a culture of service excellence.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000
