We are seeking Full Time Customer Service and Sales Representatives for a fully remote (post training), hybrid role that combines customer support via phone with sales responsibilities. This position starts on July 28th, 2025.

This is a remote role based in the following states: AR, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI.

What You Will Do:

  1. Answer 40-50 incoming phone interactions per day, identify customer needs, and provide positive resolutions.
  2. Offer problem-solving support by asking the right questions and researching options for the best resolution.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system.
  4. Seek support from internal teams to provide up-to-date information and increase customer satisfaction.
  5. Share customer feedback and suggest solutions to improve service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably via phone
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly tone
  • Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor
  • Ability to follow procedures and multitask
  • Proficient in computer skills and using multiple screens
  • Self-motivated with independent decision-making skills
  • High-speed internet (Ethernet)
  • A quiet, private workspace at home
  • Experience in contact centers or with hardline products is a plus
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Start date: Monday, July 28th
  • First 10 weeks: onsite training in Burnsville, MN, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • Post-training shifts: Monday-Friday, 10AM-7PM (flexible start times)
  • Every 4 weeks: one weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday), with weekdays off
  • Holidays as needed
