SSMG is one of the largest sales, marketing, and management training firms in the NOLA area. Due to the high demand from our new clients, we are looking for entry‑level individuals to train for a Sales and Customer Service Associate position – with a management trainee option. We are not a call center, nor a staffing agency or an insurance company. This is a full‑time, permanent position designed for long‑term growth.

We will fully train the selected candidate in customer service, client relations, public relations, sales, business management, leadership development, and marketing strategies. Each individual starts at the entry level with the opportunity to advance based on performance.
