Overview

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge.
  • Liaison between the service and sales department.
  • Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow up.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver license.
