Job summary

Europcar is seeking Ready Line and Return Agents in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on delivering warm customer service, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, securing keys, and completing rental documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Agents will maintain a clean ready line, prep vehicles for pickup, assist customers with car locations and luggage, and support efficient vehicle flow within the facility. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet returning customers warmly and with a friendly demeanor
• Inspect returning vehicles for damage, mileage, and fuel levels
• Secure keys and remove personal belongings from vehicles
• Complete paperwork to report vehicle issues to management
• Review final rental contracts and explain charges to customers
• Help with vehicle exchanges or upgrades and support smooth flow of operations
• Maintain clean, organized ready line area and ensure vehicles are prepped for pickup
• Assist customers in locating their rental cars and help with luggage when needed

Your Primary Focus Is To

As a Return Agent:

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all returning customers with a positive and approachable demeanor
• Conduct thorough inspections of returning vehicles - check for damage, record mileage, and verify fuel levels
• Secure the vehicle keys and ensure all personal belongings and luggage are safely removed
• Complete and submit the required paperwork to notify management of any mechanical damage or issues
• Review the final rental contract with the customer, clearly explaining all charges
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

As a Ready Line Agent:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable ready line area
• Ensure all vehicles are meticulously cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer pick-up
• Inspect vehicles for quality standards and promptly pull any that need servicing
• Facilitate vehicle exchanges, swaps, or upgrades based on customer requests
• Confirm that an adequately completed checkout slip accompanies each vehicle
• Assist customers in locating their rental cars and help with luggage when necessary
• Support the efficient flow of vehicles by moving and parking cars within the facility as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives

Education & Experience

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
