A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Customer Service Advocate I to provide personalized support for members and providers. This remote position offers flexibility and requires strong communication skills. The role involves resolving inquiries and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Position Purpose: Serves as the first-line advocate that focuses on resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers. Leverages a variety of communication channels to provide members and/or providers with timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints.
Shifts can vary- will be within timeframe of 8AM EST- 6PM EST.
Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian is highly preferred.
Education/Experience: Requires a High School diploma or GED.
Entry-level position typically requiring little or no previous experience.
Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred.
