Summary:

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) fosters a positive work environment, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and performs account transactions. CSAs respond proactively to the Banking Center's needs, support sales initiatives, and comply with bank policies and security measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge standards.
  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Process financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Follow security and audit procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals.
  • Promote sales culture and team environment.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct outbound calls and promote bank products.
  • Educate customers on financial wellness.
  • Prioritize and implement sales and service activities.
  • Participate in sales and staff meetings.
  • Provide customer service and resolve issues professionally.
  • Build internal relationships and seek peer feedback.
  • Exercise sound judgment and follow guidelines.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
