Job Description

Summary: The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) helps foster a positive work environment, provides excellent customer service, identifies sales opportunities, and performs account transactions. CSA's respond proactively to the needs of the Banking Center, supporting both Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and sales efforts. They focus on relationship building and daily sales initiatives, while complying with all Bank policies, procedures, and security measures.

Essential Functions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain operational and security proficiency
  • Identify referral opportunities
  • Build relationships and cross-sell bank products and services
  • Engage in business development activities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge
  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Manage cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals
  • Promote sales culture and team collaboration
  • Conduct outbound calls and promote bank products
  • Participate in sales and staff meetings
  • Build customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain security and confidentiality
  • Assist with operational duties and team support
Other Skills and Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365 and banking software
  • Strong consumer lending skills preferred
