Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring both full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors to greet guests, discuss diagnostic needs, and recommend preventive maintenance as part of Jiffy Lube Multicare.

You will join America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and work in a lively, guest-focused environment. A valid driver's license is required; automotive service experience is preferred but not required, and benefits include service discounts and no labor charges.

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with our guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles.
• All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
