WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
