Position Overview

The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) helps foster a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and performing account transactions. CSAs must be responsive to the needs of the Banking Center and support both customer service and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include building relationships, operational compliance, and supporting sales goals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred
Essential Functions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Operate operational and security procedures proficiently
  • Identify referral opportunities and build relationships
  • Cross-sell bank products and services
  • Support business development efforts
Key Responsibilities
  • Model the bank’s Mission, Vision, and Pledge
  • Assess financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly

Compensation and Benefits

Wage range: $18.50 - $21.50/hour. Benefits include PTO, STD, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, voluntary benefits, and 401(k) with match.
