Truly Nolen of America, Inc. is seeking a patient and reliable Customer Service Representative to support a network of customers, service technicians, and operations. You will answer calls, assist with issues, and help drive sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

What will I be doing?

• You will be providing excellent customer service to a network of customers for the world’s largest family owned pest control company. You are the heartbeat of the branch! Your job will involve answering incoming and make outgoing phone calls. Help solve customer issues. Perform data entry, generate and print reports and perform collection calls.
