What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts via phone and email.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotes by coordinating with the Sourcing team on customer requests.
  • Track and analyze product usage and customer trends.
  • Communicate progress on key internal and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support with strong follow-through.
  • Help onboard new customers and support the Business Development team.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to drive satisfaction and service excellence.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma required; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A personable, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused.
