Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Jacksonville is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store neat and welcoming. This role is part-time and located at our Jacksonville, FL store.

Previous retail or service experience is preferred. You will restock merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain safety, cleanliness, and a positive environment while providing professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
