Scheels is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Sparks, NV. You will operate the register, handle cash, and assist customers with product knowledge and promotions to resolve inquiries. Training new cashiers and supporting front-end projects are part of the role.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, promoting the Scheels Visa, and balancing cash drawers. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Overview:
Customer Service associates are responsible for creating a positive and personal experience for every customer. The Customer Service associate will operate the register, handle cash, and be knowledgeable about store products and promotions to resolve customer inquiries and issues. This role also involves training new cashiers and assisting with other front-end projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1+ years of cashiering experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
