Job summary

Scott Electric Company in Greensburg, PA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service representative for Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. You will help customers and drivers, answer phone lines, and manage and update customer records and shipping addresses.

The ideal candidate has proficient math skills, basic computer skills, and a customer‑service orientation with strong communication. Background check and drug testing are required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone lines and assisting with customer & driver requests or issues
• Entering and maintaining customer records & shipping addresses

• Ability to track, research & make corrections to truck deliveries
• Organize and process various transactions and paperwork
• Updating of incoming freight material on purchase orders (occasional)

Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA branch for a Full-Time Customer Service position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
