Job summary

KF in Boiling Springs, SC is hiring a Customer Service Team Member to be the face and voice of the restaurant. You will greet guests, engage in suggestive selling, handle cash, and support food preparation and stocking.

Qualifications

• Face and voice of the restaurant; guest-focused selling style.
• Listen well, communicate needs clearly.

• Wear proper uniform and show up to shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests, suggestive selling, cash handling, cleaning and stocking.
• Prepare food and beverages per recipe standards.
• Maintain product quality and adhere to food safety standards.
• Identify and communicate safety and equipment concerns.
• Handle, store and rotate stock up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward guests, coworkers, and managers.
