Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Ishpeming, MI is seeking a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative to support our sales team and customers at the service center. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment delivering high-quality service.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, source parts, and help in the stockroom while building lasting customer relationships.

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

What you'll do:

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ year customer service, inside sales,mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Organized aptitude & attention to detail
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
