Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a Customer Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC. You will be the first point of contact, handle service requests and customer complaints, and schedule services while dispatching technicians. You’ll use Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, and you’ll be part of a team that values respect, integrity, and customer focus.

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as QuickBooks
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

• Be highly organized and detail-orineted
• Be able to be friendly at all times on the phone
• Must be a self-starter and punctual
• Have a clean driving record
• Pass a background and drug screen before being hired
• Experinece in the construction field is a plus

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Handyman on customer calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities

• Answer phone and schedule appointments
• Check email and voice mail for messages and return callsReview schedule for day/week
• Communicate and review jobs with service technicians
• Make appopintment confirmation calls
• Data entry with 45 wpm typing skills
• We us Micorsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Word and Excel is a requirement

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
