Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Able to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register and floor.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges where possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management in a timely manner.
