• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Check in, schedule appointments, estimate time, and check out.
• Make product recommendations based on manufacturer guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
