• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on promotions, service updates, and new product offerings.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and group performance goals.
• Assist with daily marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Communicate with customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and confidently.
