Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an inside sales professional to support customers, resolve issues, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons and manage quotes and orders with accuracy.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior inside sales or retail experience, and a proven ability to build relationships in a fast-paced environment. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

What you will do:

Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions. Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales. Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales. Interact with customers both on the phone and in person. Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment. Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What you will bring:

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Inside sales, retail, or related experience. Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety. Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $52,376.66 - $76,194.99 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
