The Role

We’re seeking a well-rounded Customer Sales and Support Specialist with a strong customer service background. Working within the HiRoad Customer Care team, you will convert inbound calls into new policies and foster customer relationships. Your goal is to provide an exceptional, personalized experience that stands out in our industry.

  • Hours are 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM MST on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance needs and matching coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
  • Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating friendliness, empathy, and promptness.
  • Offer expert insurance advice during quotes, purchases, policy changes, and other customer inquiries.
  • Use our policy management system to perform transactions like policy updates and corrections.
  • Take ownership of customer happiness and strive for positive outcomes.
About You
  • 1-2 years of call center experience interacting with prospects and customers.
  • Licensed Insurance Producer or willing to obtain license within 8 weeks (training provided).
  • People-focused with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

*Please note that the final salary will depend on your skills, experience, and internal salary structures at Quanata. We aim to offer a competitive, equitable compensation package.

  • Location: Remote-first, with optional office visits in San Francisco Bay Area or Providence, RI. Occasional travel may be required.
  • Hours: Core hours from 9 AM - 2 PM Pacific to facilitate collaboration across time zones.
