GSP Transportation in Asheville, NC is seeking a full-time Sales Agent (CSA) to welcome customers, assess needs, explain rental options, and recommend value-added products from reservation to return.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a satisfactory three-year MVR.
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Open availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing; experience with Word and Excel.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service throughout the customer journey, including reservations, vehicle pickup, returns, and issue resolution.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, rates, and available services clearly and accurately.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage customers in consultative sales conversations, identify their needs, and recommend protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals by maximizing each interaction and converting opportunities into solutions.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and verify cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Safeguard customer information and comply with procedures.
• Support daily location operations and participate in required training and tasks.
• Maintain current job knowledge and strengthen relevant skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Support daily location operations by maintaining a professional work area, completing required training, and assisting with assigned tasks.

• Ability to complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Management Responsibilities
