Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor in Culver City, CA. You’ll gain hands-on experience by connecting with guests, driving tire and service sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour plus incentives, with weekly pay. Training and career development are provided to grow in automotive sales, service, and management.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive and help reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to service completion, including scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Recommend products based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote utilization of training tools and stay current with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe guest area and work environment.
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting, for extended periods.
