Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in Goodyear Auto Service centers. You will build meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service, focusing on tire and service sales, warranties, and promotions.

You will manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout and participate in company training for self-development. Qualifications include prior guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, and being at least 18 years

• Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including checking in, scheduling appointments, estimating time, and checking out.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing recommendations.
• Promote self-development by using company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Previous tire sales experience.
