Qualifications

• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Monitor team performance and develop skills.
• Deliver training to address churn and improve retention.
• Conduct salary and performance reviews with direct reports.
