TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Fishers, IN is seeking a Customer Retention & Sales Specialist to engage Verizon Wireless customers, uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our stores when that is the best next step.

You will make outbound calls, identify opportunities, analyze accounts to save money or add value, and close sales when appropriate. The role emphasizes customer care and rewards performance with commissions and in-store visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commission-based sales experience.
• Call center or wireless sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, engaging phone presence.
• Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing Verizon Wireless customers.
• Identify sales opportunities or schedule store visits when appropriate.
• Analyze customer accounts to save money or add value.
• Sell wireless products and services when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain callbacks, follow-ups, and accurate CRM documentation.
• Track daily productivity and participate in team huddles and training.
• Stay current on promotions, devices, and pricing.
