Job summary

**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Process customer purchase orders (PO) and clarify information with customers or internal teams as needed
- Manage order fulfillment, including coordination of shipping and monitoring for exceptions
- Act as a liaison between internal partners and customers to resolve order issues
- Serve as the point of contact for the Customer Experience (CX) organization, addressing pre-sale and tech support inquiries
- Contribute to annual initiatives aimed at enhancing service levels and team productivity

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Associate's or technical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in commercial lighting, electrical distribution, or general contracting
- Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
