Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to welcome customers into the dealership and advocate for their experience. You will lead with strategic thinking, drive execution, and foster innovation and people development across teams.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with vehicle delivery, logging customers with Sales Associates, and directing them to the right staff, while maintaining a clean showroom and brochure inventory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
• Providing a prompt response to all customer inquiries
• Assisting with vehicle delivery
• Assisting all associates in providing customers with an “EXCELLENT” sales experience
• Assuring all customers are logged after they are introduced to a Sales Associate
• Ensuring that customers are directed to the proper associate for assistance
• Providing prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by dealership managers
• Extending the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer
• Inspecting the showroom and waiting areas frequently to ensure cleanliness
• Maintaining new vehicle brochure inventory
