Position Overview:

Seeking a Customer Relationship Management Analyst to support a financial and acquisition systems operational environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. This position is ideal for budget analysts and program analysts with federal acquisition program experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management & Support:
  • Act as the primary liaison for on-site customer relations and support, addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, identify problems, and provide effective resolutions in the acquisition process.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer queries and the prompt implementation of financial solutions.
  • System Support & Interface Management:
  • Provide Tier 2-3 service desk support for financial systems, including troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Offer end-user support and assist with financial system transaction processing.
  • Query development and troubleshooting for financial systems, ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Create and facilitate training modules for the Financial Accounting System, Defense Travel System (DTS), and Government Purchasing Card (GPC) processes.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that document processes related to the financial system and ensure proper usage.
  • Collaboration & Problem Resolution:
  • Collaborate with the Financial Accounting System vendor and/or troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Assist the GPC Program Management Office (PMO) with monthly account reconciliation and support activities, especially at the end of the fiscal year.
  • Cross-functional Team Engagement:
  • Work closely with government and contractor personnel in a cross-functional team environment to solve complex problems and ensure financial and acquisition processes run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Junior to mid-level experience with PeopleSoft Functional Financials and/or other Government Financial Accounting Systems is preferred.
  • Technical Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with at least 3 of the following ORACLE modules: PO, AP, GL, KK, AR, BI, AM, PC, CA.
  • Knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and budget analysis in a government context.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) transaction processes is a plus.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or other government financial accounting systems is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience as a Budget Analyst supporting federal systems is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, and writing) for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex acquisition and financial issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, particularly in financial system environments.
