About the Role

We are searching for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our Client Services team. This person will be responsible for relationship management for our health insurance clients. This individual will act as the customer’s trusted advisor, understand the customer’s business objectives, and answer questions about the technical components of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and run regular touch points with clients that include presentations, business reviews, model updates and product roadmap
  • Review client dashboards to confirm usability and generate insights on model results
  • Thoroughly document notes from calls within Salesforce and manage action items with each client
  • Acts as the voice of the customer by delivering feedback to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges
  • Coordinate with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting clients in a customer facing role in the insurance industry; health insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, with the ability to set, meet, and exceed time-sensitive objectives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills; able to manage a high volume of clients effectively
  • Customer service–oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced in building professional presentations
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) strongly preferred
  • Experience with SaaS products is a plus
