Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service on inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions and decision making.
• Comfort with learning new technology and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service on inbound calls and support Fidelity clients.
• Assist with trade requests, money movement and online support.
• Prepare for licensing exams with Fidelity sponsorship and coaching.
• Engage in ongoing learning and career development through milestone programs.
