Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist for our Cherry Hill, NJ location. This role focuses on facilitating day-to-day client communication with laboratories, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining accurate data records.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM and Office tools. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Description

Do you have customer service and data entry experience? Interested in working in a laboratory setting? Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our new Cherry Hill, NJ location.

Position Summary

Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins; will perform other tasks as needed across departments.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cherry Hill, NJ are encouraged to apply.

Pay range: $21-25/hr

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
