Job summary

Blossman Gas is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our Wedowee, AL location. This role greets customers, answers phones, schedules deliveries, posts payments, and promotes Blossman’s appliances and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; some college or degree helpful
• Professional, friendly demeanor; enjoy helping people; comfort with recommending products and solutions
• Ability to work regularly in a fast-paced, retail setting
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Reliable; solid work ethic; desire to work M-F 8-5 with limited overtime
• Pass pre-employment background checks and screenings

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers in-person
• Coordinate daily closeout and deposits; post payments
• Schedule gas deliveries and other services
• Promote/sell Blossman’s core line of appliances and services
