Job summary

State Farm Missouri is seeking a fun, energetic and outgoing team member to join our expanding office. This role offers base pay, commission/bonus, paid time off, and the chance to work with a supportive team representing State Farm.

You will build customer relationships, educate on insurance options, develop leads, and meet marketing goals while receiving thorough training to grow into an insurance expert. This is a team-oriented, growth-focused position with a flexible small-business feel.

We are more concerned with your ability as a self-starter and your ability to utilize technology than we are with your resume history. You MUST enjoy talking on the phone and meeting strangers. Experience in an insurance office isn’t necessary but you need to have the ability to juggle multiple tasks while being patient with our awesome customers. We have a very detailed training program that will help you understand the insurance business while teaching you to be an expert in the field.

As one of the top State Farm Agencies Missouri for the past 20 years, my team and I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can help you succeed.
