Customer Relations Part Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to general work requirements.
  2. Process invoicing corrections, including credits, debits, and returns.
  3. Grant financial considerations within guidelines.
  4. Determine alternate part number applicability based on inspection or requests.
  5. Review and obtain credit authorization before releasing orders.
  6. Understand governmental regulations (e.g., ITAR, Embargoes).
  7. Optimize shipping methods for cost and efficiency.
  8. Manage customer back-orders and coordinate with AOG specialists.
  9. Determine warranty or service coverage and ensure compliance.
  10. Meet KPIs related to output, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  11. Train team members as directed.
  12. Discuss parts features based on machine knowledge.
  13. Perform Purchasing Agent duties during off-hours if needed.
  14. Create and maintain customer shortage reports.
  15. Conduct on-site and off-site customer visits.
  16. Assist customers with Parts Services tools on the CIC website.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of sales/customer relations experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and techniques.
  • Formal customer service training preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to resolve difficult customer situations effectively.
