The Customer Relations Coordinator exists to provide one-touch resolution to inquiries, complaints, and issues. The role will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely resolution, analyze customer needs, and propose solutions to address business challenges.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  1. Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and complaint resolution.
  2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints during various stages of the sale and post-sale cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with operations to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers.
  4. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  5. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
  6. Inform customers about specifications and features to enhance their experience.
  7. Communicate clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
  8. Listen actively, seek clarification, and respond effectively to inquiries.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment.
  • Strong people and phone skills.
  • High-quality customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge.

Location: Remote work available anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: Estimated annual salary ranges from $41,000 to $70,100, based on location, experience, and other factors. Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on performance.
