Job description

The Customer Relations Coordinator exists to provide one-touch resolution to inquiries, complaints, and issues. The role will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely resolution, analyze customer needs, and propose solutions to address business challenges.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.
  • Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints during various stages of the sale and post-sale cycle to ensure high customer satisfaction for the company.
  • Work with operations to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
  • Inform customers about specifications and features for an improved customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
  • Listens and gets clarification and responds well to inquiries.
  • Additional tasks, as assigned by Supervisor.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma. Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment.
  • People and Phone Skills.
  • High quality customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge.

Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,000 to $70,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
